This is not only a brilliant chapter in the development history of CEEG but also another towering milestone in the exploration of hydrogen energy! The ZHSFT series 96-pulse (single machine 48-p) oil-immersed hydrogen production rectifier transformer represents a significant advancement in rapid technological iteration and upgrade. It provides new green and low-carbon guarantees for further promoting the large-scale development of green electricity conversion industries and building an "Ecological Da'an."
Project Introduction
The Jilin Da'an Wind-Solar Integrated Green Hydrogen and Ammonia Demonstration Project (referred to as the "Da'an Project") is one of the largest green ammonia projects globally. As the first project in China's new energy sector, it has carried a significant mission since its inception to promote energy structure transformation and green low-carbon development. This project represents an important innovative practice in China's hydrogen energy field.
◎project schematic
The Da'an Project has achieved several outstanding technological advancements, incorporating various forms of clean energy, including wind power, solar power, energy storage, hydrogen energy, and green ammonia. This has resulted in a complete industrial chain encompassing electricity, hydrogen, and ammonia. The project is not only the first new energy hydrogen production and cryogenic air separation nitrogen production project to commence construction in China but also an important part of Jilin Province's new energy industry development landscape, exploring new pathways for the sustainable development of the energy sector.
Product Highlights
Hydrogen energy is rapidly emerging as a focal point in the global energy landscape, leading the wave of future energy revolutions. In this grand endeavor of green transformation, rectifier transformers play a crucial role by efficiently organizing and converting unstable electrical energy, providing stable and reliable power support for hydrogen generation projects. They serve as a clever link between electrical energy and hydrogen energy.
For large-scale 1000 m³/h water electrolysis hydrogen production, there are currently two mainstream design options for the rectifier system: Multi-pulse Three-Phase Thyristor Rectifier System and Three-Phase Bridge PWM Rectification + DC/DC Chopper System.
Among these, the multi-pulse thyristor rectifier system can accommodate various parameter requirements of electrolyzers, is technically mature and reliable, has low investment costs, and occupies a small footprint. This makes it suitable for new energy hydrogen production applications using unstable power sources such as photovoltaics and wind power.
◎Product Detail Image
The power supply developed for the 2000 m³/h electrolyzer used in the State Power Investment Corporation's green hydrogen ammonia integrated demonstration project employs a 96-pulse three-phase thyristor rectifier system. Its core component is an oil-immersed hydrogen rectifier transformer with a single unit featuring 48 pulses (two units operating in parallel to achieve 96 pulses), effectively integrating five transformers into one. This design presents significant challenges in both design and production, and the research and development results can be applied for multiple invention patents.
In terms of efficiency, it achieves high energy conversion efficiency, minimizing energy loss and improving energy utilization. This aligns with sustainable development principles while providing users with lower operating costs. Regarding safety, the procurement of raw materials, supplier delivery, production control, and testing processes strictly adhere to lean production processes and quality management standards to ensure safe production and stable reliability during product operation.
